On 17 March 2024, starting at 07:00 UTC the WatchGuard Support Center and Partner Portal will enter a 3-hour maintenance window. During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable: Support Center and Partner Portal, Technical Search, and the Software Downloads Center. Additionally, Tier-1 account creation and management in WatchGuard.com and WatchGuard Cloud Platform will experience some disruptions. The WatchGuard Cloud Platform and Activate and Manage Products, AuthPoint Authentication, EndPoint Protection and Visibility Log Ingestion systems will continue to operate normally during this time.
